“Light comes through the mind

and Illuminates the whole body.

When all things within you are integrated,

your light will shine everywhere.”

“When the light within is sheltered from the wind,

the yogi who is perfect in concentration

realizes the Self.

He is then a lamp

that does not flicker.”

Unify spirit and soul

and inner harmony will follow.

The world is not imperfect

or slowly evolving along a path to perfection.

No, it is perfect at every moment,

every sin already carries grace in it.

So the thing to do when working on a motorcycle,

as in any other task,

is to cultivate the peace of mind

which does not separate one’s self

from one’s surroundings.

When that is done successfully,

then everything else follows naturally.

Peace of mind produces right values,

right values produce right thoughts.

Right thoughts produce right actions

and right actions produce work

which will be a material reflection for others

to see of the serenity at the center of it all.

We are all affecting the world

every moment,

whether we mean to or not.

Our actions

and states of mind matter,

because we are

so deeply interconnected

with one another.

There is no emptiness without appearance,

and there is no appearance without emptiness.

That is what we call the interdependent nature.

Enlightenment must come little by little-

otherwise it would overwhelm.

Quantum theory thus reveals
a basic oneness of the universe.
It shows that we cannot decompose the world
into independently existing smallest units.
As we penetrate into matter,
nature does not show us any isolated “building blocks,”
but rather appears as a complicated web of relations
between the various parts of the whole.
These relations always include
the observer in an essential way.
The human observer constitute
the final link in the chain
of observational processes,
and the properties of any atomic object
can be understood only
in terms of the object’s interaction
with the observer.

Have you ever felt so at one with the world,

with the universe, with everything that is,

that you were overcome with love?

That is reality. That is the truth.

What we make of it is up to us,

as the painting of the sunrise is up to the artist.

In our world humanity has strayed from that love.

It lives hatred and power struggles

and manipulations of the earth itself

for its own narrow reasons.

Continue and no one will see the sunrise.

The sunrise will always exist, of course,

but people on earth will know nothing of it

and finally even stories of its beauty

will fade from our knowing.

Without accepting the fact
that everything changes,
we cannot find perfect composure.
But unfortunately,
although it is true,
it is difficult for us to accept it.
Because we cannot accept the truth of transience,
we suffer.

In my heart, I feel deep gratefulness
All my heart is filled with sincere prayer
From all corners of the world
Let us join our hearts and pray
For a world of harmony and peace

In my heart, I feel deep gratefulness
May all the Buddhas hear my prayer
All united with one heart
Let us end our hate with love
May there be no suffering year after year

From my heart, I pray
May we join our hands, our hearts as one
Spread the seeds of Great Love
Nurture wisdom evermore
Let us fill the world with hope

In my heart, I feel deep gratefulness
May all the Buddhas know my prayer
All united with on heart
Let us end our hate with love
May there be no suffering year after year.

Let’s make an aspiration together:

“May there be no suffering year after year.”
